Oral Hygiene
Maintaining effective oral hygiene is essential so your teeth and gums will continue a long, natural life. Brushing and flossing is something that we are taught from a very early age however, it isn’t something that everyone gets right. Correct brushing and flossing can help prevent many dental problems and can assist in keeping your smile fresh and bright.
Here at Coates Dental our dedicated hygienist will advise you on how best to care for your smile. Your oral care routine may vary slightly if you have had certain treatment but essentially the same philosophy applies. Brushing twice a day and flossing once a day, in the evening is best before brushing. Then nothing to be eaten before bed.
